The wildfire s supports flash but only a limited version and doesnt play a lot of flash material
The wildfire s wont play mp4 except in slow motion and not in sync with the sound
Many of the android apps will only load to the phone memory and with all the preloaded rubbish on the phone (this rubbish cannot be uninstalled), you rarely have more than 60MB free ((and thats with no personal apps loaded on the phone), 20MB of which has to be kept free to be able to sync the phone with the pc, You cant unlock the bootloader on the Wildfire S so even with a 16Gb Sd card in the phone, Im still tied to what apps I can have on the phone.
At the moment the apps on the Iphone are much more polished than the android there are more Iphone apps and the games play better on the Iphone (real racing 2 etc.).
You can jailbreak the Iphone and the app word is your oyster if you know how (just search the net).
By the way there is no flash on the 3gs camera
