Some of the iPhone 3G specs / features are listed as unmatched to the Galaxy Ace when they are in fact matched. The iPhone 3G:

* does have assisted GPS
* its LCD screen does use TFT technology (duh!)
* of course it has multi-touch
* it is also capable of multitasking and homescreen wallpaper when jailbroken
* the real-world battery life when new is roughly the same

Some more incorrect information:

* the iPhone 3G has a maximum iOS version of 4.2.1, not 4.3.1
* the newer Galaxy Ace units come with Android 2.3, but the older ones can't necessarily update from 2.2 (mine couldn't).
* you used the wrong picture for the Galaxy Ace, it looks like an Ace Plus with the different home button and camera position.
* "Works with many headphones - 1.0"... wtf is 1.0?!

-------------------------

Some real advantages of the iPhone 3G:

* iOS has always had a consistent feel of quality to it whereas Android has had to "catch up" and this didn't happen until 4.x
* despite "Google Play" now having the same number of apps as the App Store, a lot of them are crappy ports - iPhone wins here
* the iPhone 3G with its 52x more internal storage can install a lot more apps - the Galaxy Ace's apps have to be stored internally
* in my case the iPhone 3G cost me minus-£48.05 because it was given to me, i unlocked it with ultrasn0w then sold the Galaxy Ace

Why the Galaxy Ace's higher on-paper specs don't matter, at least not to me:

* compass - I don't use maps
* FM radio - is in my car
* Wi-Fi "n" - not noticeably faster
* HSDPA 7.2 - not noticeably faster
* 5 MP camera - iPhone uses its 2 MP more efficiently
* camera flash - I rarely take night photos anyway
* 800 MHz CPU - not twice as fast, maybe slightly faster
* 278 MB RAM - 128 MB does the job
* slightly lighter - roughly the same
* slightly smaller - roughly the same
* newer Bluetooth - I don't use Bluetooth
* slightly thinner - roughly the same

You guys forgot a major thing about the ace… it has expandable memory, this magical thing no apple products can compute

THAT can give you more than 2x the iphone storage
