The comparison is with last years model " Desire" not with the newer "Desire S", which is vastly superior than Samsung "ace"

im a galaxy ace owner..so far,, this is my first android and it incredibly functional but lack of style (UI),, i will go for function than style, then im planning to buy desire s,, however after seeing this comparison, i felt like desire s is not worth for upgrade IMO..

The desire is more expensive, it is still nearly twice the price of the ace even though its a much older phone (although the desire is a premium handset and the ace is mid level)
